Please note: BPL mailing list is OFFLINE at the moment. While we're still collecting email addresses for the list, no new information is being distributed across. We will resume using the mailing list as soon as the final kinks are worked out.

Welcome to the Berwyn Library mailing list registration page. To better facilitate our online access to patrons, we've designed a mailing list that will allow you to stayed informed in regards to what's going on at the library.

Please complete the form below to pre-register for the mailing list. Upon receiving your pre-registration, we'll contact you via the email address you supply to validate your request. Once your pre-registration is validated, we'll add you to the list and email you our welcome letter.

During the first week of every month, the Berwyn Library will send an email-based brochure, designed to highlight the new services and programs from all departments for the upcoming month. In addition to the monthly brochure, the library may send notices to special events, services, and programs as determined by the staff to meet the urgency of the list. We will send out no more than five of these special notices per month.

To secure our mailing list, this list is ran as a closed service. In other words, you will be granted read-only access to the list. This access will allow you to receive from, but not send to the mailing list. This action helps to prevent any and all unsolicited advertising, and protects all parties involved.

At any time, under any circumstance, your request for removal from the list will be promptly honored by completing the fields on this page. Be sure to select "Please remove me from the mailing list" option located under the step three of this form.

Upon validation, the email address you supply here will be added to the library mailing list. You must complete both forms below. This mailing list is extremely low-volume and will not inundate you with a massive quantity of unwanted email. At the maximum, you will receive no more than six emails per month from the library. Your email address will be securely stored on our servers, and will not be disclosed, remitted, or resold to any third-parties under any circumstances.

Your email address will not, in any and all circumstances, be disclosed to any organizations, companies, government authorities, etc.
